The Kendall County Food Pantry, which has been in operation for more than two decades, currently provides for more than 1000 families in need each month. In a rapidly growing county, the increasing demands on the Kendall County Food Pantry continue to grow as well.
Facts about the Kendall County Food Pantry:
- We are supported solely by food and monetary donations from area churches, community groups, individuals, various food drives and businesses.
- We serve Kendall County residents. Each County has its own pantry that serves its residents.
- We are members of the Northern Illinois Food Bank and are able to stretch the purchasing dollar by purchasing items from them for 16 cents/pound.
